Auckland Gateway Residential Property Opportunity: Mangere Bridge/Airport

After 5 years of hard work making this property our little paradise we are now wanting to move closer to our new jobs. We purchased this property off the plans and moved into the home in July 2006. Being involved in the construction project since the roof was put on we were able to ensure that this house was built well. The house and garden are now ready for a new owner.

The Back Yard
There is a total of 160m2 of landscaped area allowing for a large rear garden made private thanks to well planned medium-sized tree plantings in 2006. The landscaped gardens and paved surfaces provide a fully accessible site with good areas for family and general entertaining.  The terraced lawn has been designed to accommodate a raised vegetable garden and a fruit growing area along the rear boundary. The fruit trees and vines also provide a bountiful year-round food source and devine aroming flowers.

Entering the house from the garden you pass through a tiled covered patio which is an excellent summer dining area protected from the wind and rain.

Indoors
Inside the house a polished rimu floor and open plan area are in close proximity to a double car garage that is currently being used for commercial purposes. The two offices, three bedrooms and living area are fully network cabled (for Internet) and a home entertainment system has been wired into the ceiling and walls. A 42" flat screen panel is attached to the wall for awesome digital entertainment.
Upstairs the bedrooms and bathrooms are of medium size (see link to plans below)

About the Neighbourhood
Mangere Bridge/Airport is a recent residential subdivision inbetween Mangere Bridge township (North), the Airport (South), Ihumatao (West) and Pukaki (East towards Papatoetoe). This area is identified in the draft Auckland Plan as a high growth area into the future with lots of commercial/industrial land awaiting the next economic boom. The site is accessible from the Kirkbride exit of the SH20 motorway and from the Massey Rd exit on the South Western. The new Airport Rail project will improve public transport to the area and is expected to substantially increase economic activity in this area
